While sleeping with a motorcycle helmet on and the main circuit breaker off, my brain is vibrated. Feels like a strong mechanical vibrator on my head. It feels different from electromagnetic fields emitted by house wiring. That feels like tingling, pins and needles. The multivibrator is faster and stronger than vibration caused by house wiring and power lines.

The multivibrator on the top of my right shoulder started in 2017. Very infrequently, perhaps once every other month, a multivibrator would vibrate my right shoulder. Feels like someone is right behind you.

The multivibrator on my brain started in 2019. From 2011 through 2018, while sleeping my brain was electro convulsant shocked by pulsing extremely low frequency (ELF). From 2017- March 2019, I slept with my head inside of a clay crate. Very thick wet bentonite clay had successfully shields ELF, laser and heavy pressure on the top of the brain. In 2018, laser development produced a stronger laser. The laser penetrated the clay. In 2019, the torturers switched to a multivibrator. My clay crate did not completely shield it. Greater depth of wet bentonite clay by placing two rows of totes on each side would shield laser and multivibrator. Instead, I experimented with a neoprene crate and a silicon crate. I will submit shielding reports.

The clay crate does not shield RNM as it does not shield wi-fi. A motorcycle helmet does. In March 2019, I started testing wearing a motorcycle helmet to bed. The torturers conduct RNM while TIs try to fall asleep. Every unapproved thought results in torture and insomnia. Wearing a motorcycle helmet to bed circumvented insomnia. However, a motorcycle helmet does not shield ELF, laser, heavy pressure on the top of the brain or multivibrator while sleeping.

The multivibrator causes more cognitive impairment and vision injury than pulsed ELF waves. The vibrator is continuous wave. The brain and eyes never rest. Yes, I have sustained cognitive decline.

I suspect the multivibrator is emitted by an emitter in my car, two rental cars and home.

Twice this month, I changed the place where I sleep. I slept in the kitchen. The first night, no vibrations to my brain though my brain was lasered. The next night, my brain was vibrated. There are two beds in my home. I slept in the other bed. The first night, my brain was not vibrated. The second night and subsequent nights, my brain was vibrated. Did the perps conceal a emitter under the wood deck or in the crawl space underneath the kitchen and bedroom?

The emitters in my car and two rental card were powered by the car's battery. If the emitters underneath my home are powered by their own battery, the perps would have to periodically change the battery. If the emitters are connected to the house wiring, turning on the main circuit breaker after I wake up would recharge them. I could test this by keeping the main circuit breaker off for several days.
