Creating LLC When Moving Around Frequently

I would like to create an LLC. I'm a software developer and create apps and want to protect my personal assets. With that being said, I rarely live anywhere more than 1 year. I move around all the time and often work remotely so I don't have a stable, permanent address. What would be the appropriate way to do this? Can I file an LLC in any state and is there any state that offers LLCs particularly suitable for people who move around often?

Not a Lawyer.
Many people will recommend Delaware. This will run you a few hundred dollars a year, and some more if you want to shut it down. This is not terrible advice. However, a few things to keep in mind:
You'll need to investigate if you need to register the LLC as a Foreign LLC in each state you live in. This is normally required, and increases your costs, as well as requiring time and effort. If you move often enough, you could easily be paying $250 a state in 2-3 states just to keep yourself compliant with state laws. Depending on where the LLC makes money, it would owe taxes in that state, so guess what - now you're doing business taxes in each of those states too.
I'd spend a little more time on investigating options - it sounds like you're not exactly in the kind of situation an LLC is designed to cover, so spending a few hundred on a consult with a Lawyer regarding how to set up something that won't require as much work from you.

Ya I might do that. I heard creating an international company may be an even better option if I’m traveling around a lot so I don’t have to deal with foreign LLC regulations within the US. Thanks.

NAL, but why not register under a PO.box, and forward the mail to your current address?
