Neighbor left for a month. Sprinkler system has a leaking pipe. Is there anyway I can shut off the water without having access inside the house? (Pictures inside)

I know nothing about these system. Did a basic research and tried the following:

EDIT: Also, that valve near the house in the third picture just spills water when opened.

Is it only leaking while running? If so, you could disconnect the wire from the solenoid on the valve for that zone if you don’t have access to the controller. If it’s a main leak then you would likely have to access the shut off from inside.

It's always leaking... That's what I don't get. Here's a little diagram of where the leak is...

The diaphragm in the valve could be stuck open a little bit, letting water flow past and into the zone line, but in order to solve the stuck valve, the water would have to be off already.

The only option that I could think of to stop a leak at that point without shutting the water off would be to expose, cut, and kink over the pipe before the leak

Look for a backflow preventer. Sometimes for residential they’re outside or under the house. Google search a PVB (pressure vacuum breaker) backflow and RPZ (reduced pressure zone) backflow to see what they look like if you aren’t sure. You should be able to turn off the water there with one of the ball valves.

Based on the picture in the link it doesn’t look there is a backflow preventer outside

Yeah it’s likely under the house then
