I just hate everything about it. This update is extremely disruptive and is not worth my time converting my base to work with 0.17. If I were to start a new game on it, sure, but that's not happening. Here's a few more points...

  • Hate the look of the new menus.
  • Why do I need to research things again?
  • Why is my mining productivity back down to 21 instead of 130?
  • Not a fan of the new textures.

Overall, it's just very frustrating. I will pass.

"Just Chatting" is a massive category in Twitch with a lot of traffic. The second that Wubby leaves this category to list in "Luigi's Mansion" for example, he loses a tons of exposure. Keep in mind that Wubby is usually extremely high in the list of "Just Chatting". Claiming that video games 100% pushes viewers away simply isn't true, the system is. For all we know, "Fill Kid Fridays" could actually be the community's favourite stream. We cannot rely on the viewer count to determine if the content on stream is good or not (or should I say well received by the average viewers).

Another thing we have to consider is that by the time that Wubby is ready to play a game, the Europe viewershi

I'll go and say it, that wasn't cool. The guy had every right to be on edge and didn't deserved to be provoked further for the whole purpose of entertaining the crowd. Potentially ruining some guy's Friday night wasn't the play. I just wished we saw a more positive ending to that conflict.

When reporting your capital gains / losses do you go by your average or by the order in which you bought and sold the shares?

Example of transactions

Example of tax summary

So technically, your brokerage account (by default) will have sold your first shares that you bought, which should give you a loss of 625$

25 shares @ 100$ = 2500$

25 shares @ 75$ = 1875$

2500 - 1875 = A loss of 625$

However, this random capital gain calculator is reporting a loss of 208.33$ because it is going by the ACB (I believe)? Which way is the correct one?

I've seen this come up quite often, and would like clarification on this subject. Who ends up paying more taxes between the trader and the investor?

Let's say the trader makes 1000$ every year for 3 years. He will pay 30% (for this example) of this capital gain in taxes every year for a total of 900$.

If I invest and sell my stocks for a 3000$ capital gain after 3 years, I will still have to pay 900$ in taxes (more or less).

What am I missing here? What am I doing wrong? It seems to be that in the end it comes out more or less the same. Off course, your salary and income will dictate how much total tax you'll end up paying each year and that it will twe
