F/23/5’6” 227lbs > 188lbs = 39lbs I’m having this issue where I feel like my body is clearly getting smaller but my stomach is not getting flat. You can see here I look visibly smaller but my stomach still looks fat. Has anyone else experienced this issue? It’s driving me crazy.
