Pear Stuffed Pork Loin Wrapped in Bacon

Back in January, I had a nice meal with beef tenderloin and pears (Perry St, in NYC). The fats from the beef and the sweetness from the pears paired perfectly. I decided to give it a shot with pork. The loin is rolled in crushed fennel, salt, garlic, and white pepper. Served with a cold glass of Pear Cider.
