I think it might be a good idea to have a weekly or a monthly “scene” thread where people can post comments asking to exchange individual scenes. In order to prevent people flooding the sub with requests to read five pages, but to allow people the option to get that feedback if they’d like it.

I like that idea. I'll start thinking about when and how to implement it.

I see no reason to limit it as long as you're upfront about it.

Exactly. Posts and comments will be used to help people find scripts they're interested in, then they'll take it to PM to exchange links.

Not as the topic of a post, sorry. Other subs will give feedback on ideas, but this whole sub will be devoted to completed screenplays. If you like the concept of someone's completed script and want to give input on it in the comments without reading the whole thing, that's fine. Overall though, visit this sub because you want to read full scripts and give feedback and you want others to do the same for you.

Can we ask to read a script even if we don't want to exchange?
Absolutely! I created the sub because I figured many people won't give quality feedback if they're not receiving something in return, but if you're feeling generous definitely let the OP know you'll do it without an exchange.

I like the idea of people who give feedback without an exchange taking place getting verification too.
