Honestly I'm still looking for practically the same roll but swap out Outlaw with Eye of the Storm and I think I'll be pleasantly happy with it. Thoughts?

Yes I have that unlocked. I’m probably 35-40 austringers in with no outlaw/rampage rolls yet. All I care to see is a rune of desire after a strike, gambit, and crucible match. Hahaha
Yeah I'm looking for runes of desire and excess. I havent gotten the quickdraw no-distractions roll for Beloved but the playstyle requires too much hardscoping for me to be comfortable with it.
Amazing roll. I think hammerforged will serve you better than arrowhead on this gun.
I was thinking the same given that hammerforged will give me more range. I tried arrowhead and the added handling was nice but it did suffer a little in terms of long range duels.
Good to hear. I’m on PS4 and have this same roll. Its definitely my god roll for the weapon.
Pve perfection, pvp most prefer rangefinder and eye of the storm, but your roll is still great.
Why do people prefer eye of the storm? It doesn't seem useful. Is it just an anti flinch thing?
“Accuracy” is complex but it really boils down to more shots landing and more crits, with the way d2 hitboxes work. So when you’re in a fight and you’re taking damage, eye of the storm helps make the gun reliable, when normally between flinch and bloom, you will have a harder time landing shots.
So, is it still valuable on PC? It would other perk be preferred?
Less so on PC I'd imagine, but still useful.
Nobody is actively hunting eye of the storm
rangefinder honestly weirds me out with the added zoom (i tunnel vision easily so a wider FoV helps with that). i think in certain situations Rampage can potentially extend engagement ranges. I always found that I like 150s for their dueling capabilities (+ movement is nice too). But there is something about Austringer that i like very much.
