[Loud Lullaby]

  • Aggressive 120 RPM

  • Smallbore / Chambered Compensator

  • Accurized Rounds / Appended Mag

  • Surplus

  • Kill Clip

  • Stability MW

So I know that this is a highly desirable roll for a 120 because it has the potential to 2 tap intrinsically. My question here relates to whether or not the weapon would be better with the true Max Range Roll (swapping barrel for Fullbore and MW for Range) or would the higher stability roll be better. I think functionally the max range roll gets an additional 2.25m of range based on estimates from D2 Gunsmith at the massive cost of effectively tanking the stability. With Surplus it might not matter as much because of the stat boosts tha

Adept Mods

Question

Does anyone know if the following mods are only from the Flawless Chest?

Adept Icarus

Adept Impact

Adept Blast Radius

Adept Projectile Speed

Adept Charge Time

I've done a number of GMs and those are the last 5 adept mods i am missing. I suspect they are locked to the Flawless chest because I THINK Adept Icarus only comes from that one.

Context: I mostly play Toptree Dawnblade but have dabbled in the art of Kamehameha (ChaosReach). I feel like I'm forgetting to use some of my subclass abilities.

So the question is: If I consistently forget to use my Heat Rises ability as a TopDawn should I just stay away from the subclass? I feel like I'm not using the subclass to its greatest effect seeing as I'm accidentally forgetting to use 25-50% of my neutral game perks like Heat Rises and that perk that generates ability energy from airborne kills.

So Matterweaves, Rainmakers, and Weapon Telemetries are constantly in my inventory and rarely every used. Why?

Matterweaves - break up gameplay by forcing me to go into my inventory to activate the item again for the next core drop.

Rainmaker - I don't usually have issues with glimmer.

Matterglass Lens - because Weapon Telemetries have no use when Gunsmith materials are both more plentiful and give more progress to Gunsmith level. This is compounded by a lack of a vendor refresh but that's another subject that has been done to death.

So here is my suggestion for improving these items:

Make Matterweave, Rainmaker, and Matterglass all single time consumables BUT ma

IKELOS_SMG_V1.0.2

  • Aggressive Frame
  • Chambered Compensator / Corkscrew Rifling
  • Seraph Rounds / Steady Rounds
  • Dynamic Sway
  • Tap The Trigger / Disruption Break
  • Range Masterwork

Okay so this may SEEM like a bragpost but I actually have a questions about the recoil direction. Base stats for Recoil Direction is 90 so i was hoping for Extended Barrel rather than the barrels i do have. Would that be overkill considering that i have both DSR and TTT? I figure those would quickly lock this thing into a laser already so having a 100 recoil direction might be unnecessary given that the two perks already compensate for that.

Unfortunately I feel that I'm not having any fun when it comes to Grandmaster Nightfalls. I went in tonight fully expecting to have to try multiple times but after about 4 hours of trying and trying, varying loadouts and strategies... nothing. This is not about the mode being rewarding this is more about the systems that are built in that surround Ordeal Nightfalls. I will elaborate:

Problems

  1. Receiving Damage - Grandmaster Nightfalls (at least Insight Terminus) does not really promote close range fights because EVERYTHING will one shot you. Sniper Psions, grenades, void fire, vex milk, a SINGLE colossus blast, Gladiator slash, Major Warbeast chomp, etc. (pretty sure i missed something)

[GALLIARD-42 XN7568]

  • Adaptive Frame

  • SLO-12 (Short) / SPO-57 (Medium) / SPO-26 (Short)

  • HCR / Armor Piercing

  • Snapshot

  • High Impact Rounds

  • Range MW

I spend a lot of time in r/sharditkeepit but I don't often post because I usually know exactly what i want to get on a weapon. This one however is a bit unique. HIR isn't the best perk but I feel like this could add a bit of forgiveness if you're shooting into a crowd (more applicable in 6v6 i think). I'm thinking of using the 57 scope because it is more open than the 26 scope and also adds zoom but comes at the cost of a bit of handling. Thoughts?

[Bygones]

  • Adaptive 390 Pulse Rifle

  • Corkscrew Rifling/ Extended Barrel

  • Appended Mag/ Flared Magwell

  • Kill Clip

  • Outlaw

Okay I've gotten the desired Outlaw+Kill Clip perks but i have questions about the barrels and mag. I'd like some opinions if you'd be so kind. Should I keep farming to hunt down a Bygones with Arrowhead Break and Ricochet Rounds? If I were to stick to this roll should I run Corkscrew with a CB or take the extra range and recoil from Extended and add CB to that?

Note: I have not taken this thing into PvP so I don't quite know how it feels (yet).

So I've been looking for a DropMag, Quickdraw, Kill Clip roll for Blast Furnace (didn't get that roll but i got this one)

[Blast Furnace]

  • Aggressive Frame

  • Ramussen ISA / Meyrin RDS

  • Accurized Rounds / Tactical Mag

  • Quickdraw

  • Kill Clip

  • Reload MW

With everything combined some initial testing has the reload speed at a touch slower than Outlaw and Drop-Mag and it has quickdraw which fixes the low handling that Blast Furnace usually has... I'm just looking for some thoughts (still gotta try this in PvP)

[Old Fashioned]

Adaptive Frame / 140 rpm HC

Truesight HCS / Sureshot HCS

Flared Magwell/Alloy Mag

Quickdraw

Kill Clip

Reload MW

my brain says this is pretty good given that the range isnt hyper important on HCs anymore. I'm wondering if i should look for a quickdraw moving target one instead (for more consistency in PvP)

edit: added the other sight (forgot that i could check it on DIM). Ty u/Nesayas1234

Frame: Aggressive (4-burst)

Barrel: Fluted Barrel/Hammerforged

Mag: Alloy Mag/Ricochet Rounds

Perk 1: Rapid Hit

Per 2: Snapshot

MW: Handling

I'm kind of torn on this roll. It scopes in super fast but has no damage boosting perk to increase forgiveness... guess I just better not miss?

So I have a friend that originally played on PS4 (prior to Forsaken) and then migrated to PC for Forsaken. He's going to choose to use his PS4 save when September comes. Will he still have access to Forsaken? Or is that specifically if he chooses to transfer his Blizzard characters over to Steam?

Duke Mk. 44

*Aggressive Frame

*Steady Hand / Crossfire / Truesight

*Opening Shot

*Alloy Mag / High Cal Rounds / Ricochet Rounds

*Rampage

*Handling MW

If it had a range MW I think I would instantly MW this. Since it has handling I'm a bit torn just cause handling doesn't provide as noticeable performance boost as range. Thoughts?
