I've been wanting to play Bahamut Lagoon again, but the translation patch is for the headered rom and I have the headerless. I prefer softpatching to keep my database entries intact, which means I also don't want to have to convert the rom to headered. I did find a python tool that claims to do what I need, but it errored out on both python 2 and 3, and I'm not familiar enough with python to know how to fix it.

Literally took me 10 seconds to find a single clean web page that has the prepatched rom as well as the unpatched rom and patch separately. Again all together on the same page with no ads or popups.
Hm. Guess I'll go looking again. I couldn't find any headerless patch whatsoever, and the headered patch is no good to me for the reasons stated, as is the patched rom.

Yeah, that part is easy. I don't want to modify the game itself though, as that screws with database entries. Supposedly the patches can be converted without affecting the rom. That's what I'm looking for.
