Does CBD oil make anyone's pain worse?
I'm still trying to figure out if it actually does or it's all in my head. I got some CBD oil to try because I really don't want to be taking tramadol for the rest of my life. It helps me sleep but I swear when I wake up my pain is worse than when I wake up without taking it.

It can!! Cannabis can make us much more aware of our bodies than we want to be.
If you're using it for sleep, try switching to CBNs
I'm trying it for the pain not sleep. If I knock the pain back with tramadol I sleep like a baby.
Ahhhh... okay. Would topicals work?
No, I've been through the round of almost everything, tramadol (and the like) are the only reliable sources of relief. I was hoping CBD in case my doctor ever retries and I can't find someone to renew my prescription.
Ah SUCK!
Well, it may also be just a ramp-up period. I remember I had to go clean for six months living in a dry state. When I came back to Colorado, my first month of cannabis use was INTENSE. Not the pain control I'd experienced before.
But I kept with it because I knew it had worked, and in about a month it was back to the pain control I remembered.
If yo're willing to try that... (though I wouldn't blame you if you didn't...)
