ATTENTION SAMOYED DOG LOVERS IN OR NEAR EASTERN NEWFOUNDLAND. RED FLAG We have reason to believe that there has been illicit/unauthorized breeding of 2 of our SAMOYED dogs in this area in direct violation of our written sales agreements/conditions. These dogs were obtained under fraudulent circumstances and the people involved are guilty of forging a spay certificate for the female dog, and lying about the neutered status of the male dog even though they try to tell people that somehow we were dishonest with them. This is totally untrue and it will be proven in court via copious evidence and witnesses. If you are interested in or know of someone with UNREGISTERED SAMOYED PUPPIES AVAILABLE NOW OR IN THE NEAR FUTURE, we'd like you to know that there is currently ACTIVE LITIGATION in the works against these individuals and a Statement Of Claim has already been filed with the Supreme Court of NL to repossess the dogs. This will include SEIZURE of not just the two adult Samoyeds but any puppies that these dogs have produced, whether still on the premises of the alleged perpetrators or sold/placed into new ownership/possession. Anyone found assisting these people in the hiding or disposal of puppies will be named as accomplices in our litigation, and full prosecution pursued. The parents of these puppies have DNA PROFILES on file with the American Kennel Club and identifying their puppies will be a simple matter of swabbing their saliva. Puppies can't be hidden forever. While this works it's way through the court/legal system we encourage anyone with any information on available Samoyed Puppies in NL to come forward with photos, screenshots of conversations, direct verbal dialogue with people or anything you think may be relevant. YOUR ANONYMITY IS GUARANTEED. For sure someone out there knows something. Please help us stop these low life criminals who have blamed everything from the fraudulent spay certificate - to the "accidental mating" on their very own adult daughter. Yes, they're THAT spineless. They lie as easily as they breathe, and they think the lies won't catch up with them - but they have. They were given multiple opportunities to come clean, but they chose instead to just do what they wanted, and didn't think we'd come after them as we live in ONTARIO and this is going on in NEWFOUNDLAND. However we are FROM NEWFOUNDLAND and have a lot of friends and relatives there. We are aggressively pursuing them legally to fullest extent of the law until we reclaim the dogs and the puppies and they pay the large financial penalties named in the contracts for unauthorized breeding of our dogs, and then we'll be going after them to pay our legal fees as NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE EVER HAD TO HAPPEN IF THEY HADN'T BEEN SO DECEPTIVE AND DISHONEST -especially when they were offered a mentorship and co-owned dogs to teach them about breeding the Samoyed. But that was going to cost them more money and time, and some people just want to take all the short cuts and think that contracts and the law don't apply to them. Take our advice and don't get caught on the wrong side of the law with them! Even if you are offered puppies for free, if we find them they will be repossessed.
