Seriously, if you think you don't have PTU access, check your account.

I know this is probably the umpteenth time you've read about it and I'm sorry

-but I typically never get 2nd wave PTU invites, as I'm not concierge and admittedly didn't really help at all with Issue Council, but lo and behold I checked my account and my yellow PTU tab was lit up. Was for some reason thinking there'd be an email sent out..?

It likely means they are a few days away from the PU release. At least, that's how I've observed it done in the past. That's great news!

Wave 2 is typically awarded to active players. However I know I'm not alone when I say I haven't touched it since 3.5 went live (no wave 2 for me)
