Summer Scrub: Fix shop hotkeys

I think, shop hotkeys is a great and useful feature, but now it is impossible to use. Mainly due to the following:

1. Shop has 16 items in the column, but the keys available are only for 15
2. Can't reassign keys. To use you need to reach for the opposite side of the keyboard
3. Group change from "upgrades" (A/S/D/F/G/H keys) to "secret shop" (C) not displayed (but triggered)
4. Tooltips for the rows arranged unevenly (as for 15 rows without pinned items)
5. Not supported ctrl-shift-/hotkey/ for queue of purchases. It's worked as shift-/hotkey/, and ctrl-shift-0 not working at all
6. Not supported ctrl-alt-/hotkey/ for suggest items for buy
7. No hotkeys for pinned items, guide items and "request purchase suggestions" (maybe this is too much hotkeys, but it should be noted).

Out of useless but curious:

1. Shop has hidden items (I found seasonal "vial" on "W-[" and "W-]")
2. Keys "Z" and "X" change group to hidden groups, which contains ???. "Z" contains TP, Ring of Protection, Magic Stick, Quelling Blade, Boots of Speed, Band of Elvenskin, Belt of Strength, Robe of the Magi, Crown. "X" contains Gloves of Haste, Chainmail, Cloak, Void Stone, Helm of Iron Will, Energy Booster, Vitality Booster, Morbid Mask, Broadsword, Blink Dagger. I checked, it does not depend on the hero or guide item-build. I do not know what to call this groups. They have nothing in common, except that they all are basic items. Take a look (imgur)
