Where is the instant build button in three Kingdoms?
So, it seems there is an instant build button if you want to throw extra money at speeding that up, but for the life of me I can't find the button that supposedly does that. Anyone can give me a pointer or a screenshot?

If you click on building/upgrading there will be a coin symbol. Click on that.
Is that in the building browser? How does this work for units if you need to skip mustering?
Only for buildings the icon is right on the building itself once you start construction.
No, it's in the building view of the settlement screen. You should just have to click the settlement in question then click the little coin button underneath the building
You can't skip mustering unless you're recruiting Sun Jian's merc units
