Question about faction conflicts
Other than three houses and sottilde's book, are there any other faction/quest conflicts I need to be aware of?

If you're that kind of a guy, with a good order of questing it is possible to become the head of every guild.

Vampires vs. Non-Vampires.
A lot of NPCs will attack you on site, many will outright refuse to barter with you, and many will not want to talk to you.
If you get turned in to a vampire and then go to Caius Cosades' home , for example, he will start attacking you outright. And this is a plot-essential character, so if you kill him your royally screwed.

Telvanni vs Mages Guild has one AFTER you become faction head. I can't remember, but one or the other wants you to assassinate folk in the other. It is NOT required to do those quests to advance to anything, so I don't really call them conflicts as one is not compelled to do them in any way and there is no downside if you don't.
