Never bothered to use their app, browser works fine

Can't deposit cheques in the browser. Pretty much my only use for the app.

I have a hell of a time just logging in. Usually when I go to punch in my security code it takes multiple attempts to get the keyboard to pop up.

I'm being told my Android is Jailbroken and the app won't load. And no, my phone is not rooted, and all the security checks I could fine, pass with flying colours.

Tangerine has a 3.2 on the Google Play store. It's improved vastly since I started banking with them. One of the better apps out there. I used to be CCS too, grim.

On the old app I was never able to log in on LTE. It kept saying I was offline. I updated it... I even tried it again on my new phone... it never worked on the road.

Their app is definitely one of the worst I’ve ever used. Everything to do with their IT systems is complete shit, especially security. Like seriously, sending account numbers by email and forcing people to have 7 digit numeric passwords? In the process of switching to Simplii now.

The new system lets you pick a real password instead of the 7 digit numeric. The new app, however, is shit.
