her tights are really matte black, so you can't see any definition the "V" of her crotch, and joints of where her legs meet her hip bones.
Picture makes sense in my opinion - it just looks weird because the "V" lines of her crotch isn't visible, and she is extending her left leg like that. Her legs are also slim, so there won't be much creases and folds.

Everything you’ve said is definitely correct. The pose is a little avant-garde, but I was more talking about the difference between the inside and outside on the leg we can see. The inside looks very sharp and pixelated compared to the outside of her leg

Zoom in on her lower thigh underneath the leggings, the whole of the inside is rough and pixelated. Not a matter of bunchy fabric I’m afraid
