I have a theory that this is the next day after the school dance. Rue said Jules is the reason to stay sober and now she’s gone she went back into depression like her kidney infection episode. I have a theory she od’s in the original ending (hence the mannequin with blood)
This scene makes me think that she’s od in her room while mom and sister were just having a regular morning. That’s why she hugs her dad

I don't think the mannequin was her, because I don't see why blood would be involved, but correct me if I'm wrong because I know next to nothing about ODs. Also, I like your second part about OD-ing while her mom and sister were having a regular morning. That makes the most sense to me.

mother and sister didn't notice her, but she danced with her late father. IS SHE DEAD?!
I think she ODed and is having an out of body experience, but that Leslie or Gia will find her. The light changed as soon as she fell into the kitchen, so my guess is the hall scene was the reality, and when she finally collapsed she did so in the kitchen, where she'll be more easily found.
I didn’t think she was dead until this part. Could have been a dream or hallucination but I think now she’s dead.
But she also keeps pulsating in the next scene with the marching band. I think she's at the hospital getting revived with a defibrillator. But as of the scene in the kitchen, yeah she's dead.
