Mitsuki/Kyary/Tommy fan, want suggestions on similar music
Hi, I like
- Tommy February
- Aira Mitsuki
- Kyary
I like electro. From Robyn over Die Form over Karlheinz Stockhausen to Merzbow. I'm a sucker for a catchy tune. I like lots of noise. I'm partial to female voices.
Can you find me some Asian stuff perhaps similar to the three above that you think I'd like?

Perfume
The following part is copied from a comment I wrote about a week ago, giving someone else suggestions: Other artists I like: Ai Otsuka (her album Love Tricky in particular for electro stuff), Ami Suzuki (same producer as Perfume and Kyary), at least for her Supreme Show album), Immi, Saori@Destiny (she changed her name to Saoriiiii), FEMM, Sayaka Suzuki, Morning Musume (the song One, Two, Three), BoA (the song Energetic)
Hope that gets you started! :)
Thank you. Exactly what I was looking for. I'm a retired oldbie to the scene really and I was pretty into zetima back in early 2000s. Some really bizarre stuff, loved minimoni. :)
I still love MiniMoni! I first got into Japanese music in 2004 from the show Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, but I was 12 so my way of getting Japanese music were either podcasts or importing CD's. It was a lot to keep up with, so I stopped listening for a few years. When I got into J-Pop again like a year and a half ago, I had so much to catch up on!
I don't know if you were a fan of W as well (Kago and Tsuji from MiniMoni) but they preformed together for the first time in 12 years back in March, and released an EP that were songs from their cancelled third album. I got into Hello Project stuff around 2007, but felt a special attachment to Kago and Tsuji even though I got into them after everything had happened.
Kago is a goddess ;D
A few newer Hello! Project groups/songs, since you were a fan of some earlier H!P stuff.
