I hate when this happens at the end of the night.

Is that the last of it or did someone leave it under a heat lamp and melt it? Because I placed it on a warmer when I first started and melted it together..

No, the roll is about halfway gone, and someone just threw away the cutter part. Like it came off halfway or something and they tossed it.

What's that second layer of cardboard for?

The cardboard has a cutter on the other end flip it. Happens.
