I can’t seem to connect over the web client. My phone works. I even tried vncing to a machine on the other side of the country and open the website from there and all I get is this “oops” message on the website.

Having some issues as well, seems there may be a partial outage.
you know which page would show outtage info for remote desktop?
The only status page I know of is this one, but it doesn't seem to show remote desktop's status

It has been down for an hour for me. I just connected with the Android app and then it appeared online in Chrome. I don't know if this fixed it for me or if it's just coincidence and everything came back up
Mobile (iOS) worked for me but the web version didn’t. It all seems to be good now
I couldn't connect to it around a week ago. This happened once or twice.
I can never connect any more, since deprecating the CHrome app it's useless.
Try using other tools like on premise R-HUB remote support, logmein, Teamviewer etc. and check if your issue gets resolved,
its been resolved for weeks now. thanks
