Looking to further decrease the form factor.

He has a full size GPU, S4 is not an option.

Oh sorry I didn't see the picture.
Sliger SM560 AND NCase are great for maximum GPU (three slot) compatibility. NCase currently unavailable but Sliger is. For two slot GPUs you have a lot more options.
Also depends on just how small you want your case to be. Sliger Cerberus is a good bet if you don't mind a little bigger.
Dan A4, Louqe Ghost S1 or the Streacom DA2 maybe?
Yup. Plenty of good options.
Is 3 slot that big of a deal? This is the first time I’m hearing about them.
I really like the sliger sm550 and sm560.
How do they compare to the Silverstone sg13? The sliger is within my budget and the build quality seems better, but the price difference between the two looks massive
Almost all the fully custom AIB cards (Strix, FTW3, Gaming X Trio, Aorus, etc) have coolers that are larger than two slots and some of those coolers approach 3 slots. A 2 slot only case like the Dan A4 will not be able to accommodate these graphics cards. Most people will take those over the reference coolers, so that is a consideration. Don't have any of the Sliger SM products, but I have a Cerberus X and the case is built very sturdily with excellent build quality. The reason for the price delta is economies of scale. The SG13 is a mass produced case and the fixed costs of manufacturing (tooling) can be distributed over the volume of products they sell. The Sliger cases are low volume production which means you are paying more per case as the costs of manufacturing are fixed, which explains the higher prices.
I’m noticing there is a vented option. Is that worth going for heat?
Depends on what kind of build you're going for. I've seen builds that use semi passive cooling with a large top down cooler like the Big Shuriken and acrylic panels like this one, so I guess that's an option. If you're going the traditional route of top down cpu cooler + air cooled gpu, then the vented panel is better.
All higher end graphics cards are starting to trend towards 2.5 and 3 slot coolers. I've been running into this problem a lot recently with my Ghost (for example, the new 5700 XT's best version, Red Devil, is 2.5 slots) and so it doesn't fit. Most MSI cards won't fit in 2 slot cases either. The SG13 is a fine option but might struggle with GPU compatibility; generally, at this size you'll find the sandwich layout of the Sliger/Dan/Ghost to be extremely convenient and smart.
Honestly, if the price is a concern, the SG13 will be just fine. Reasons to get the sliger would be: You want it as small as possible, you dig the premium tag, you want to pay for build quality, etc. SG13 is perfectly functional. I've heard nothing but great things about Sliger and their customer support, though, so if you're interested I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you.
Nah price isn’t a concern, as it’ll fit my budget. I’m just curious - since I could potentially save $250. Sliger + an sfx power supply more or less hits my $300 limit I can probably continue using the stock cpu cooler until I plan on upgrading the build to support OC - correct me if i’m wrong.
I like the magnetic dust filters available for the sliger product as well. As dust had been problem in my current shithole apt.
OC + cpu upgrade is going to be a project in 1.5 years down the line since I’ll need a new motherboard and cpu - i don’t think I’ll need to worry about temps until then.
