It's wrong, I know but, cutting off valve stems has been scientifically and statistically proven to be beneficial to your mental health. And the benefits are not just for the person doing the cutting but, also for the reserving party as well, it's a learning opportunity.

That fine and all, but I'm a fan of letting all the air out of all the tires. Inconvenience them more than they inconvenienced everyone else.  Now they are stuck to be ridiculed as they have to fix the issue while everyone else gets to watch.  Imo, that's justice.

It should be legal to run a set of keys all over that car.

I have to park AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE to the front door. Too many steps is bad for my health.
