Does anyone know what all those sirens were about 20 minutes ago?
I'm in the upper east side and a ton of police and ambulances went past us. More than I've ever heard all at once after living here for a few years.
Also what's with all the motorcycles coming off the Queensboro bridge?

I got trapped in the street shutdown for this, at 62nd & 1st. They seemed to be headed from the queensboro to the FDR, blasting horns and sirens all the way. Cops had the cross streets closed off, not even letting cyclists or pedestrians cross.
Someone told me it was a 9/11 tribute ride, and I saw everything: out of town cops and fire units, tow trucks and pickups flying Trump flags, a shit load of motorcycles. A lot of other people were stuck at the intersection or in traffic, totally fucking up everyone's afternoon.
