I've been playing Hollow Knight (have not played anything else on the deck yet so idk if this is game specific) and the game keeps freezing upon entering the rooms that lead to bosses like 85% of the time. The music continues, but the game freezes on the transition screen.

Then sometimes on random parts of the map, I'll enter a room and the graphics completely mess up and look pixelated and weird. I have to fix it by going in and out multiple times.

It's starting to get worse and worse as I progress and it's getting on my nerves but I really don't feel like playing on my laptop. And nobody else on the HK subreddit seems to be having an issue so I'm pretty lost as to how I can fix this

i won't make this long since i don't think anyone on here even really knows me anymore but yeah. it's been nearly three years since i've been in the community including the old sub and i guess i've sorta just grown out of it now (i still talk to some people from here but they don't really use the sub anymore). it's also been nearly a year since i've started being a mod. i've really enjoyed it but admittedly things got in the way quite a lot with health issues and mental health issues and the like. i've still been behind the scenes and hopefully been at least somewhat useful, especially helping with discord related stuff up until the split recently. but i used to do much more and i can tell i
