Anybody know how long this takes once they send final bill? I received final bill a few days ago and assumed the deposit would instantly be returned to my bank but so far no sign of it.

Assuming you haven't paid the final bill yet, they would deduct the final bill from the deposit and refund the rest. It takes a few days

As long as the name on IBAN account matches the one on DEWA records, should take place within 15 days. (else they'll contact you via email / phone to ask to collect in cash)
I got mine in 3 working days.
Mine took 8 days - DEWA are fairly reliable these days
