Heat-mouldable footspace
Big thanks to all who responded with advice about my inflamed navicular. The consensus seems to be that I need heat-mouldable skates so I can push out the problem area. Does anyone know what (if any) heat-mouldable triskates are available, preferably 110mm? Many thanks.

Just take the liners out of your Next's, heat the offending area up from the outside with a heatgun, and push it out with the handle of a screwdriver or any other convenient round object.
