I'm about to pull the trigger on a whole sleeve (my first fully visible, and largest, piece) based on images from my favourite works of literature. They're a big range of very different images, based on books from very different eras, styles and cultures. Where I'm stuck is - how best to coordinate or join up the separate images, which have nothing to do with each other beyond the fact that they're all based on books? I want to avoid smoke etc. Anyone had any similar experiences? Any advice gratefully appreciated ð

Big thanks to all who responded with advice about my inflamed navicular. The consensus seems to be that I need heat-mouldable skates so I can push out the problem area. Does anyone know what (if any) heat-mouldable triskates are available, preferably 110mm? Many thanks.
Has anyone had any issues with rubbing and pressure from their skates on the navicular bone on the inside of the foot, just above the arch? Mine's badly inflamed after a long skate, the worst it's been, and I'm worried about the issue being long-term and stopping me skating. My skates aren't heat-mouldable so I can't press out the problem spot. Thinking of getting some Doops as an alternative. Thanks.
Can anyone give me some tips for landing fakie stall on a ramp? So coming up the ramp fakie and landing on the coping in backside stall position. Where to look, foot position and weighting, any progression steps etc. Not being able to do it is holding back my progression with other skills, especially frontside stall with fakie drop-in on the opposite ramp. Big thanks ð
Hi. I've worn down my 110mm 88A PS Spinner wheels that came as stock on my PS Nexts, and need to replace them. I like the wheels but can't find the same ones anywhere. Can anyone recommend some good alternatives? The 88A hardness suited me well, especially for trying to learn slides. Thanks ð
I've got PowerSlide Next 110s and I love everything about them except I find I can't tighten the top strap as much as I'd like on my right skate. Anyone had a similar issue? If so, any tips to overcome it, short of buying a new strap? It's a shame as these skates feel right for me in every other way.
Eight months into aggressive after one year of rec skating. Progressing ok in some areas (dropping in 6ft+, carving bowl etc) and got decent basic skating skills behind me, but struggling massively with all grinds and made zero progress. Can do a dodgy frontside about 1m absolute max, nothing else, and getting majorly pissed off, especially seeing total noobs getting on with it! Part of the issue, along with lack of balls, seems to be jumping on, both in terms of height and accuracy. Anyone got any good drills to improve jumps, before I chuck my skates right out of the pram?! ðĪŠð Thanks ð

I'm a late starter to aggressive skating, starting in September last year age 49. I'd rec skated for just over a year before that. I was wondering if anyone else has come to aggressive this late in life - as a total noob, not a returnee. Would be good to share experiences.
I've struggled badly with backwards skating since I started just under two years ago. I've made a big effort lately and, at last, I think I'm beginning to get a feel for it. The one aspect I still struggle with is using the outside edge when going backwards, which you need for backwards crossovers of course. Does anyone have any exercises or tips for practising using the outside edge when skating backwards? Thanks!
Getting chest piece next month. I don't have much hair there but enough that it will need to be shaved before getting the tattoo. Should clients shave a hairy area themselves before getting tattooed there, or is it better left to the artist? Thanks.
