Fml, after 5 weeks clean I relapsed hard :( started with Tina on Thursday and by sat night it was goofballs. Fuck I hate myself so much. I can't say no. I feel like I'm losing grip of reality, this doesn't feel good. Cleaned up atm but until at when? This weekend? FUUUUUUCCCCKKKKK.

Back to square one man. Shit happens, give it another shot and if you relapse, try again. Keep going till you got 6 weeks, then 7, then 3 months. Before you know it you'll be a year clean bro
