Which 3 of the federal piggies ship could have a lodout that could work for both PvE and potential Pvp encounters, and what would that load out be like?

The answer depends on your aim of PvP. If you want to run from encounters and survive, the dropship is the most versatile. If you want to duel PvP and also be an all-rounder for pve then no dice. For dueling you will have to drastically focus on min-maxing your build for player survival which makes it impossible to add cargo racks or scanners on the ship.

A pure combat Corvette can be outfitted for both. But to maximize for either role will put you at a slight disadvantage for the other.
