I was warming up in quickplay and when my beat got cancelled in a way that didn't make sense to me I clipped it for further investigation. Upon reviewing the clip I definitely did not get stunned out of it and I can't see anything happen that should cancel it so I'm assuming what happened is a bug.

Killfeed says there was an assist by the Roadhog. So it’s most likely the Hog hook that cancelled it. Did you look from the Hog’s perspective?
Oh good spot, I'll check that if the game tape is still saved. That seems most likely but I never see the "stunned" on my screen.
Could be something crazy like his hook hits you then breaks from line of sight instantly. You'd have to watch the full replay in slow motion to find out.
Maybe some weird interaction since it happened AS you hit the button. Definitely internal and a bug
