Until I tried the FTP test, now I understand!
Also had a different kind of pain straight after , as three quarters into a 12 mile ride swift just stopped and kicked me out onto my windows home page. Is this a regular thing?
I think zwift got more resource demanding over the last year? With winter arriving in the top-half of the world, more zwifters will be online which might cause more problems like this.
No it is not. Never have problems of that kind.
It happens to me every now and then. I keep my laptop close so I can bring the page back up quickly. It is super annoying tho and usually ruins my rhythm and pace.
