My day was planned and it went wrong. Life well and truly got in the way today. There's not enough time.

Sure, I could wait another three hours and do workout number two, but I have a job where I'm getting up at 4am (it's 18:30 UK time now) and using heavy machinery. I've got to be sensible.

To be fair it's been in the cards for a while now, its been very very tough getting shit done, and I never want to walk another step ever again!

Seemed simple, and if I didn't work for a living it would be a lot better.

A very tough challenge indeed. I learnt a few things along the way, which will stay with me for sure.

Someone on Facebook said the thirties were rough, if any of you are about to hit

Hello all, so I think I’ll be here a lot over the course of this year. It looks already to me like a gold mine of information, and I love that experienced marathoners are here to help out.

I randomly agreed to an email in my junk folder asking me to register for the virtual London marathon on October 3rd. Since that day (48 hours ago) I’ve purchased a garmin music 245 and a pair of Nike Pegasus. Some say I’m prone to acting on impulse...

I’m a pretty fit person, been mainly Zwifting the last two years. I used to do the odd park run back in the day when they were a thing.

Anyway, I always used to love running but of course I used to push myself far too fast and far too hard far too often

Hello, I saw a photo a while back online, it may have been on here, maybe Facebook.

It had the spurs players all in action shots, in the now iconic green kit I think, and it had Poch stood looking down with his arms folded, and above it all it had Bill Nicholson as a ghost like figure stood there with his arms folded too.

It's a stunning bit of art but for the life of me I can't find it.

Thanks

Right, you have the guy at the top of the steps who scans your card, his light goes green and up you go to the search, then you put your card in a turnstile thing if I remember right?

What's the point of the first guy with his scanner? What information is on the scanner , just a green light?

What would I write if there is a running back and a tight end but they both go into wide receiving positions to make 5 wide receivers?

Is it 11 personell or 00 and why?

If a tight end lines up as a half back is he still listed a tight end?

Also, any tips to work out where the tight ends are? The broadcast on the Colts Titans game only listed two tight ends on each team, yet later on after incorrectly charting some of the plays I realised that the colts number 81 who I thought was a reciever was actually another tight end.. maybe research the roster before the game?

Thanks.
