I was there back in 2011 when it was pretty chill. Town opened the convention center parking lot as a meetup spot. Then people started acting a fool... not everyone, but enough. Started getting worse and worse until only a few years later it's basically open warfare on the whole weekend. What a shame.

This! I live in the area and normally it's annoying and I little crazy but nothing like this year! There were a lot more wrecks and two pedestrians got run over, and hospitalized, by some dumbass trying to do a burnout.

I really want to go back next year - get there early, park somewhere safe, and not move my car until Sunday afternoon to leave lol.
I want to be around the action, but even after having been to several huge motorcycle meets, I do not want to be driving in that traffic.
