Hey, happy Friday.

A friend of mine has a 2018 SE GTI with leather seats but they are in subpar condition. I'm trying to help him source a whole set of OEM leather seats, specifically a set from a 2018 SE GTI, possibly 2019-2021.

The reason I'm unsure about 2019-2021 is because we tried to fit a set of 2017 SE leather seats in there but the plugs/harness are different between those 2 years. My guess is VW must have changed the plugs/harness with the facelift. I'm unsure if 2019+ would fit, that's why we would prefer a 2018 set.

If anyone can help us source a set we would be in your debt!

Also, if anyone has done a similar seat swap and can educate us on the required modifications needed

Do I have any brothers in the Atlanta area? Looking to move here and wanted some recommendations outside of google on where I should take my GTI. Looking for performance/tuning shops.

Looking to run 18x9.5 +35 wheels with 235/40 r18 tires.

Currently stock suspension but will be lowering it on coilovers.

No rolling fenders and no excessive camber.

Trying to achieve minimal wheel gap with very slight poke.

Will it rub? How bad?
