So I'm still getting over the flu and I called out yesterday and one day last week because I had a horrible migraine. Will I get in trouble for calling out again today? I'm not in my 90 days or anything since I've been at Target since April. I feel bad calling in but I'm still not 100%.

If it’s not a pattern and this is the first time you’ve called out this many times, you might be fine. Especially if you have understanding TLs.
I would suggest trying to find coverage before calling out—maybe calling ahead and letting them know, see if they might be able to help you find coverage. After all, they call people in all the time.
I would also base your decision on just how bad you feel. Is the worst of it over and you’re just dealing with the last of it? You might be able to stand going in. Or are you still feeling absolutely miserable? Then stay home, you’re not gonna be performing well anyway.
I'm gonna try to go in but I'm gonna let my TL know I'm still sick in case I just cant make it till 11pm tonight.
It looks better to go home sick as opposed to just calling out.

A TM in my dept called out 2-3 times per week for 13 straight months solid and didn't get fired somehow. Go nuts.
Wait until you are feeling up to it. A good ETL or SD will tell you the same.
If I waited until I felt 100%, I would never get to go to work. On Saturday I worked a full 8 hour shift then went to an emergency dentist and had a molar pulled and an abcess drained.
Point is, I find a way to make it in. Just a way I was raised.

If you think you’re in okay standing with your store’s leadership you should be fine calling out again as long as it’s not a pattern. I would make sure you exhaust as many options as you can to get the shift covered first, though.
