Found great rails for the Rosewill 4U series cases

Troubleshooting

I've seen this come up a bunch. The Rosewill 'compatible' rail kit is absolute garbage.

The Silverstone RMS03-24 kit seem to work great and are reasonably high quality - with the caveat that the placement is not perfect, it is offset by one hole, just like the Rosewill rails unless you pull some jank.

That said, I'm fairly certain that many OEM enterprise rails will fit just fine. The only ones that I've tried to fit were dell rails that turned out to not have removable inners, so that was a non-starter. Don't be afraid to experiment if you have access to HQ rails.

I used the iStarUSA TC-RAIL-26 on my Rosewill and it lines up great. They are reasonably priced too: https://www.ebay.com/itm/382581770157

I'm almost completely sure that those are rebranded Rosewill rails (or via versa)

The official Rosewill rail kit uses nuts and bolts to attach rail to rack. The iStarUSA kit has threaded holes in the rail bracket and includes square washers so you can center the rail properly on square hole racks. Other than that they are remarkably similar.

I'm reasonable sure they are the same with slightly different hardware :)
