Can we all agree now...

That this coaching staff needs some major changes?

First, Bob Gregory needs to go. He has always been an awful recruiting who people claimed was a good enough coach to cover for it. Guess what? He isn't! Don't let the door hit you on the way out Bob! Thanks for running off all our black players!

Sadly, Bush probably needs to go. It's not really his fault, he is stuck with Petersen's dogshit offense. We need to bring in someone who can run a functional system. One that Petersen isn't able to sink his talons into.

Paopao... what is you say... you do here? He is almost definitely gone. Pete has called out TE recruiting in press conferences and Paopao has only been on a 1 year contract while everyone else is on 2 or 3. We offered a guy who has 7 on 7 highlights in his hudl. Enough said about that.

I would love to get rid of Boner since he is a lazy recruiter, but his players have been pretty good this season so he probably sticks around, and his recruits have panned out pretty well.

If Jimmy Lake leaves we NEED to get Gerald Alexander. Anyone else is a disaster, sorry Will Harris.

Anyone else need to go?

You can feel we need changes but the black player rumor is totally unfounded and unfair to Gregory.

I don't think he hates black people, but it is not a coincidence that we have recruited no black players over the last 3 years and ran off Camillo and Azeem (though he was partially to blame for that). Building a white culture that is unaccomidating to people of different backgrounds is a problem, even if he means well.

Probably shouldn't have brought it up here, but I think it is something that should be discussed.

A white culture featuring.... Brandon Wellington, Daniel Heimuli, MJ Tafisi, and Edefuan Ulofoshio?

Don't forget Ahmed, Puka, and many many others

Very true! I was just listing Inside Linebackers since that's where Gregory has the most direct recruiting say.
