Just happened to my barbarian. Tried to throw an NPC while raging. Advantage on YEET. Both Nat 2s. I pushed her into the pit.

This happened to a party I DMed for once. They head advantage and they rolled two ones. Then, a kobold with disadvantage rolled 2 20s.
Should've prayed to RNGesus that day.
