Dell G5 5590 i7 9750H nvidia Optimus and Gsync

Hi, i´m going to get a Dell G5 for work and i´m going to use it as my daily driver. As far as i know it can be a good virtualization host with kvm becacuse of the CPU and it can game, after some tweaks. However there are some questions regarding the 144hz version and nvidia optimus.

On Dell´s listings, there is a mention that every 144hz model comes with Gsync. However, the place i ordered the G5 does not mention Gsync at all. Is there a model with 144hz that ships without gsync?

What about nvidia optimus? Does the G5 supports optimus or is the nvidia GPU always on an therefore in use. This point is actualy quite interesting for virtualization and GPU passthrough but i was not able to find anything that indicates if the G5 supports optimus or not.
