ACPL are a bunch of cheap skates

The new sites has been up for a few months: won't load for shit, the app is still terrible (they 'fixed it', mhm no), and my search results won't load or stay on indefinite load still. They have changed referring to people as 'patrons' to customers.

Anybody else a dissatisfied 'customer'?
