2016 TLX Technology Package Issues

Bought a used 2016 TLX last night. Drove home last night and to the gym this morning. When I started the car up leaving the gym the Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision warning, and I believe one other feature showed “problems” on the dash.

I called the dealer and the salesman said it was probably an issue with the key fob. I got the other key fob and started the car and the warnings persisted. I now have to bring the car back to the dealer to address this issue.

Just looking for a little bit of insight/discussion on this. I’m pretty upset, it makes me worried about the future of this car. Anyone have any thoughts/experience with this type of issue?

I believe those problems mean the battery has a low charge (similar symptoms occur on other Honda vehicles when the battery is low). The dealer should be able to resolve it.

The cars that are sitting on the lot for many weeks could have run down batteries, so definitelyba possibility

Definitely sounds like a voltage issue, bad battery or just low charge. Take her for a long drive, get the battery tested at autozone. Replace if you'd like, I hear OEM batteries aren't great.
