What do I do with plates?
I got the buffet a few days ago and hired Yolky, but now he is earning these plates, but I don't see anything to do with them yet. Does that come later?

Have you figured it out? Go to your recipes tab, where you normally purchase recipes for the restaurant, and at the bottom you will see the option for buffet recipes. That's where you spend the plates

Yes, it wasn't immediately obvious until I read the other reply. I just wasn't looking in the right place. Thanks you!
