It would feel awesome if old content (raids specifically) were on a rotation for granting an additional Pinnacle each week.

For two years, there was constant feedback about needing to farm old content each season instead of new. Raids, sure, but this is what the vocal portion of the community wanted
I think this is why having it on a rotation would be interesting. It doesn't force you to grind it if you don't care about the pinnacle but it gives some incentive if you want it. Also Raid gear has better stats (usually though ive gotten low stats recently too)
Pinnacle alone wouldn't be enough to bring most to run them again..as it stands, anyone who plays daily, hell even every few days, has very little incentive to chase pinnacles because of how the artifact works. Worthwhile "possible" rewards (( yes, I know people hate rng..but quest based rewards mean you run the content once then never again..rng gives players a reason to replay)) would be exotic catalysts, ornaments (( a chance to get universal ornaments of each raid armor pieces would be awesome)) exotic ghosts, exotic ships, exotic sparrows, NEW exotics, exclusive shaders, exclusive transmat effects, exclusive emblems..
I think a better idea (although rotating pinnacle would help) is revisiting old raids and bringing in some of the newer perks. Running last wish/scourge/crown/Levi raids would be a lot more interesting for veteran and newer players if they could get newer better perks like multikillclip, osmosis, demolitionist, etc.
As it is why would a new player consider running any year one raid when none of the weapons take mods and none of them can have the newer better versions of perks available elsewhere. Why use an inagural address with outlaw kill clip, when you could be using one of the new pulses that gets stuff like feeding frenzy or multikillclip or both. Perks that are objectively upgrades in 90% of situations.
