Aurora Borealis? At this time of year, at this time of day, in your town, localized entirely within your 3DS?

Yes, yes, well yesterday at around 9 - 10 PM, yes and yes.
Didn't plan to see it just saw a part of the sky looked cool and then looked up. It was pretty neat-o.

Besides the obvious of going to Japan for me, I have told my husband about 5,000 times that my bucket list includes seeing the Northern Lights, I.E. The Aurora Borealis.
I live just far enough north though, that sometimes it does reach us on an extremely rare occasion. Well, this year was one such time. I was super excited. I planned to watch it, despite the ridiculous cold. Went outside and....CLOUDY!!
But now at least I have more reasons in my case to move to Canada (I have wanted to live there since I was a little girl!).
But this Aurora is absolutely stunning!
