Hello, I am unable to access the chat feature on desktop and mobile. On desktop, when I try to open the chat I will get an infinite loading screen. I have also had people tell me they were unable to start chats with me as well while others seem to have been able to without me getting any notification that they had sent one. On mobile, when I try to open the chat I see "Whoops! Something went wrong and chat can't be loaded. Please try again" or "Something went wrong and the conversation couldn't be created" when attempting to initiate a chat with someone else. If any other information is needed, I'll do my best to provide it for a solution.
