Anyone else having trouble with saving multiple votes on the front page?

I have my options set to not display submissions once I've voted on them. I realized my r/all front page was spitting up the same stories over and over, so a little fooling around showed only 1 or 2 votes per page was being recorded. Anyone else having this issue?
