[Aether][Primal][LFG][sHC] Omni-Ranged Physical Looking for 5.2+ Group

I am an omni-ranged main looking for a group to prog 5.2 and onwards with. I have been raiding in this game since ARR and I have cleared every raid tier but two when they were relevant. The past two tiers I have cleared by week 2. I have cleared UWU and TEA (Clear was on a different character, I will provide logs and validation if necessary). I am looking for a week 1 group that will put a good amount of hours up front. Post-prog optimization and speed is something I am interested in but not a requirement for the group as my priority is clearing the content first.

As the title suggests, I am willing to transfer my character over to Primal and I do have an available toon that I can use to trial on primal.

I am willing to request a few days off of work to accomplish whatever needs the group wants (As long as my work approves the requests).

During Weekdays (outside of days I have off) I am available starting from 6:00 CST up until 1:00 AM CST. Weekends I am available all day but I do work half days on the weekend once every month.

Qualities that I can offer to the raid:

• Strategy, planning and research. I always do my best to be prepared and during the past I would do my best to help my group be prepared.
• Flexibility. I am able to play all three Ranged DPS at the highest level and would be willing to learn additional DPS if the group deemed it necessary and they are willing to give me to time to practice and learn them.
• Punctuality. I show up to raid on time and prepared both mentally and in-game.
• Competitiveness. I always strive to be better and will continuously look for ways to improve myself.
• Longevity. I stuck with and lead the same raid group for 4 years, and I am willing to commit just as much time to a good raid group.

Qualities that I am looking for in a group:

• Longer raid hours, more open schedule. I want to clear fast and efficiently.
• Consistency. I want to play with players who learn fast and are consistent.
• Fun. I also want to play with a group I am comfortable with, can have fun with and is mostly drama free.

I did not play BRD during Edenscape but I am currently playing it through TEA and I have countless of raid hours on BRD during SB. My general preference for ranged DPS is DNC > MCH > BRD but I will play whatever I, or the group, thinks is best for the current content/ composition.
