WG please add more maps

I would like to see some special maps. Like for example, 10x larger than current ones. And current maps would be capture points and respawns would be available.

I'd rather see realistically scaled maps, right now even destroyers are bigger than towns and villages in the maps, the twin brothers should be gigantic peaks, not molehills.

They could also simply reduce the ship sizes to normal proportions.

That's great and all but WG uses size scaling for a reason. Personally I'd prefer to be able to actually see the enemy.

or wireframe ships that show up when detected by radar or sonar.

Now that subs are getting introduced I see opportunities for maps with areas where ships with shallow drafts are allowed but larger ships run aground. Finally, a legitimate use for the "no BB" signs!

there was map like that... but potatoes BBs could not read signs that BBs can't pass so it was changed...

I haven't seen ocean since they removed it from the rotation, even when playing a bunch of T10 only matches

Maybe some more maps based on historical locations. And as another person said, maybe a special game mode with a huge ocean map like 100km by 100km.

Why do they make all maps look so similar? I would like to see maps with lighting.

It's always nice to have more maps ... but do you think we don't have enough of them or that the lack of maps is a serious issue at this time (serious bugs, server issues,..)?!

I'd say there are quite a lot of maps in the game already.
Map variation on the currently more or less standard map size is also quite limited, there are not that many variations of islands that you can place here or there. The game is pretty much 2D gameplay wise, so the possibilities are somewhat limited.

I would like a far bigger Ocean map. Yuge.
I've always been a fan of Ocean. Though I remember being the only T3 St. Louis in a T5 match... in Ocean. Dark times
Ocean is like the mayhem insurance commercials, get Allstate and you’ll be better protected from mayhem lol
I only seem to get Ocean with my big ass ships with 15-16km visibility.
I only get it when I play a ship whose gameplay is centered around island hopping like the atlanta

Can't play ocean in higher tier USN cruisers though because blap.
I was so excited to finally get ocean again until I realized I was in a DM. It didn’t go well.
Yeah I just don't see the usefulness of a Des Moines in ocean map. Range is too short and most of the big iron in tier 10 will overmatch you. You can go find some DD action with your radar and then just run to a map border and hope for the best.
I've never played it! Is it only available to certain tiers or game modes? I only play randoms.

Ah, my highest tier ship is only a 9. So that would explain why!
